We offer a 7-day return window, beginning from the date your package is delivered. This period allows you to experience the quality of your purchase while ensuring that every item in our catalog meets the Axiovar standard.

02. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To maintain the integrity of our collections, we accept returns on items that are:

  • In Original Condition: Unworn, unused, and in the same state as received.
  • Fully Tagged: All original Axiovar or manufacturer tags must be attached.
  • Original Packaging: Returned in the initial premium packaging.
  • Verified: Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

03. THE RETURN PROCESS

Initiating a return is simple and handled with care by our support team:

1. Contact the Axiovar Curators at axiovar2026@gmail.com.

2. Once your request is vetted and approved, we will provide a Return Shipping Label

along with precise instructions on how to send your package to our inspection center.

3. Note: Items returned without a formal request will not be eligible for processing.

04. DAMAGES & QUALITY ISSUES

We invite you to inspect your order upon arrival. Should you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize an evaluation to ensure a replacement or refund is issued with the urgency that Essential Excellence demands.

05. CURATED EXCEPTIONS

To uphold hygiene and safety standards, certain items are exempt from returns:

  • Custom Orders: Any personalized or bespoke manufactured goods.
  • Final Sale: Items purchased during clearance events or via gift cards.

06. EXCHANGES

For the most efficient service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for your preferred selection. This ensures your new "Essential Excellence" arrives without delay.

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
