Instead of shipping old stock stored in a warehouse, we begin laser-cutting and finishing your metal art only after your order is confirmed. This extra care ensures your decor arrives brand-new with exceptional quality and zero defects.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase requirement.

🛠️ Production & Order Processing

Because each product is custom-crafted upon receiving an order:

  • Crafting Time: 2–3 business days (Every piece is custom-made from scratch after you order).

  • Order Confirmation: Production starts immediately once payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation is verified.

  • Packing: After crafting and quality inspection, your item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit and handed over to our logistics partners.

Note: During peak festive seasons or high order volumes, production may take slightly longer. If there is any unexpected delay, our team will notify you directly.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched from our facility:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Estimated Total Timeline: 5–10 business days from order placement to doorstep delivery.

  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to tier-3 towns or remote areas may require an additional 2–3 days.

Delays caused by extreme weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, or unforeseen regional restrictions are beyond our direct control, though we work actively to resolve them quickly.

📦 Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your Axiovar Tracking Number and live status link so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes across India. COD availability is validated automatically at checkout based on regional courier service coverage.
